MODERN INTERFACECalendar → New event. You can check availability if that information is accessible.
Open Agenda or Calendar and create a new event or event.
Write the title and set start, end and time zone. For Colombia it checks that the selected area corresponds to Bogotá.
Add location and description. If it's a meeting, include guest emails; a guest-free appointment is on your calendar.
Choose a reminder and, if applicable, repeat. Check the calendar where it will be saved.
Save or send the invitation according to the action offered by the interface. Check the guest answers.
Upon receiving an invitation, use Accept, Provisional or Refuse. To modify a recurring series, it distinguishes between changing a single occurrence and the whole series.
Keep in mindCreating an appointment does not automatically generate a video call link. Add the tool link that your organization uses.
