Does a copy guarantee an immediate recovery?
No. Time depends on volume, connectivity and destination environment. We agreed on the recovery objectives and the necessary evidence.
What defines how long the information is kept?
The contracted retention policy. We define frequency, recovery points and ability to adjust them to your operation.
Does it include complete restoration of physical equipment?
The computer and server mode protects files and folders. It does not amount to a complete picture of the system and does not guarantee the consistency of open databases; these cases require a specific procedure.
