It works with regular Office and OpenDocument formats. We validate the complex documents and their compatibility needs during the start-up.
Office is optional on Drive S. Drive M and Drive L include dedicated Office. It does not imply a Microsoft 365 license.

An alternative to collaborate
Gather documents and conversations around your processes. The proposal is organized by capacity and services, with the administration of eCloud and a location of accommodation agreed with you.

Equation depends on your processes. Desktop applications, advanced macros, automations and integrations require review. The business mail is contracted separately; it is not included in the Drive plans.

We set permissions and double factor options as per range. End to end encryption requires specific configuration and compatibility; it is not presented as active for all files and tools.

Possible extension for drafting and consultation tasks, subject to technical evaluation, resources and supplier of the model. It is not included in current prices; data processing is defined before enabling it.
It can cover shared storage, documentary collaboration and meetings. First we review your applications and integrations: it does not automatically replace all the functions of those suites or include their licenses.
The location and conditions are specified in the eCloud proposal. The promise of exclusively European accommodation from other suppliers does not apply.
We raised it as an expansion to evaluate. The proposal should define model, resources, cost and data processing before activating it.
On Drive S is listed as an add-on. Drive M and Drive L include dedicated Office, as shown in the comparison of plans.
No. History helps to recover changes, but data loss protection requires a backup policy. We agreed to coverage, retention and restoration according to your need.
You can use the browser and compatible desktop and mobile applications. We review the synchronization configuration for the equipment you use.
Capacity depends on the plan, resources and connection of participants. We dimension it before contracting; no unlimited concurrence is promised.
The published values are indicative for the service described. Migration, training and adaptation of processes are detailed separately when required.
