MODERN INTERFACECheck Settings → General → Storage.
Check the storage usage that shows your account. In the modern interface is located in Settings → General → Storage.
Find messages with large attachments and evaluate what you can keep out of your mailbox following your company's policies.
Remove only messages you no longer need. Moving them to a folder within the account does not reduce the fee.
Before emptying Trash or Spam, check your content. Permanent removal can prevent them from recovering from the webmail.
For an accidental deletion, open Trash and move the message to the right folder. If you are not there, consult the support as soon as possible.
Keep in mindRecovery after emptying depends on retention and back-ups contracted. A universal period of recovery is not guaranteed.
