The administrative access allows you to install compatible software, configure services and manage the system. We agreed with you the version of Windows Server and the connection mechanism before delivery.

The extensions are subject to availability and technical evaluation. We agreed to any window of change.

The prices published are baselines. The system and software licenses are quoted separately and are specified in the proposal.
Yeah. The VPS contemplates administrative access. We agreed on the connection mechanism and its security controls. This access serves to manage the server.
The service is self-administered: your team manages the system and its applications. If you need support for migration, configuration or maintenance, we can define an additional scope.
No. Mini and Medium use HDD. Grand and Mega combine SSD and HDD according to the plan table. It is important to review the reading and writing needs of your application.
You can request a CPU review, memory and storage. The expansion depends on availability and technical evaluation; the price and any maintenance window are agreed.
The support of files contemplated in Grand and Mega does not in itself amount to a complete recovery of the system. Coverage, retention and restoration procedure should be agreed upon.
