Check recipients and attachments before sending.
CLASSIC INTERFACEMail → New message. The answering and forwarding options are in the message bar.
MODERN INTERFACEMail → New message. The response options are displayed in the message or in your action menu.
Press New message or write. In To write the mail of the main recipient and confirm each suggested address.
Use CC for people who need to be informed. Use CCO if you need the other recipients not to see the addresses included in that field.
Write a brief matter and the content of the message. Check the attachments and the signature before sending it.
Press Send and check the folder Submitted. That it appears there does not confirm that the recipient has read it or that your server has delivered it.
To answer, choose Respond to the sender or Respond to everyone. Before using the second option, check who your answer will come to. Relay creates a shipment to other recipients.
Stop it.
