Select the resource

Open your sharing options.

CLASSIC INTERFACEUse the context menu of the resource and its sharing option.
MODERN INTERFACEUse the resource options and review the accesses in Settings → Share.
  1. Open the options of the folder or calendar and look for Share, if your account has this feature.
  2. Enter the authorized user and choose the minimum level of permissions required. Read is not equivalent to modifying or administering.
  3. Carefully review the permissions before confirming and inviting the user.
  4. Requests the recipient to accept the invitation or to incorporate the shared resource from the available options.
  5. When the collaboration is finished, review the appeal and revoke the permissions that are no longer required.
Keep in mindThe possibilities of sharing with external users vary according to the configuration. Don't publish corporate resources without authorization.
