CLASSIC INTERFACEThe toolbar and the Ver menu allow you to adjust the presentation of the messages.
MODERN INTERFACEIn Settings → Mail Visualization you can adjust conversations and reading panel.
Get in Mail. On the side you will find Received, Sent, Borators, Spam or Undesirable Mail and Trash.
Select Received and open a message. Check the entire sender and the matter before opening links or attachments.
Use the reading panel to review the content. You can change your layout from the available viewing options.
If you see several messages grouped, you're in view of conversation. Expand the thread to read each answer and its recipients.
To view individual messages again, check the display options and deactivate the grouping by conversations if enabled.
Keep in mindDon't confuse Drafters with Envoys: a draft has not yet been sent.
