1. 1If an option in this guide is missing, note the screen you see: it may depend on permissions or your service.
2. 2Open Security in your profile and set up an available second factor.
3. 3Keep recovery codes somewhere safe and review authorized sessions or devices.
4. 4If you lose your second factor, use an available recovery code or ask your account administrator for help. Do not create another account to recover files.
5. 5If uploads fail, check your connection, available storage and permission to write in that folder.
6. 6Choose Get support. Include the error message, time, action and a screenshot without sensitive data.
7. 7In the ticket, specify whether the issue occurs in a browser, Windows, macOS, Linux, Android or iPhone. Include the app version from About if available.
