Step by step

1. 1Check the conversation’s participant list before starting a call or sending a file.
2. 2Open Talk and find a colleague or create a conversation with the people you need.
3. 3Write a message and confirm the group before attaching files.
4. 4During the call, choose the microphone and speaker you actually use. Recheck the selection if you plug in headphones after joining.
5. 5Start or join a call. Allow the browser to use your microphone and camera when needed.
6. 6To show your work, share only the necessary window and stop sharing when finished. Use headphones if you hear an echo.
7. 7Before sharing your screen, close notifications and private windows. Check the sharing indicator and stop sharing when finished.
