1 Open Official downloads using this guide’s button. Under Nextcloud Files, select Windows, not Talk or the server. 2 Read the current requirements and check your computer’s architecture. If your company manages the device, request an approved installation. 3 Open Downloads in File Explorer and run the downloaded installer. Check its name and origin before accepting the Windows prompt. 4 Complete the setup wizard using your company’s approved options. Save your work if a restart is requested. 5 Open Nextcloud from Start. Choose Log in to your Nextcloud and enter your full cloud address: https://drive.engitech.com.co/ or your company’s assigned address. 6 In the browser, sign in, complete the second factor and choose Grant access when requested. Return to the client. 7 Check the local folder and which remote folders to synchronize. If virtual files are offered, read the synchronization guide before choosing. 8 Click Connect and wait. Open Nextcloud from the system tray; check hidden icons if necessary. 9 Open your selected local folder in File Explorer. Create a test folder and confirm it appears on the web. Check that the client shows no errors. When finished, check Your test file appears on both the web and your computer.
