CLASSIC INTERFACEThe classic customer organizes Mail, Contacts, Agenda and Preferences by tabs.
MODERN INTERFACEThe modern customer has access to applications and an account configuration menu.
Open up. mail.tumail365.com or the webmail address that Engitech assigned to your company. Check the domain before writing your credentials.
Write down your full email address and the assigned password. Do not use the examples of this manual.
If the access offers a version selector, choose Classic or Modern according to the enabled options. Not all the facilities offer both.
Click Sign in. If a password change or a second factor is requested, complete that step before proceeding.
When you finish on a shared team, use Logout from your account menu. Close the tab alone does not guarantee to complete the session.
Keep in mindDo not mark "Keep the session started" on public teams. If you have forgotten your key and have no enabled recovery, contact the authorized support.
Final user guide prepared for eCloud. Reference: Zimbra Daffodil 10, classic and modern interfaces. Names can vary by version, language, permissions and configuration.
