Before you hire
Are the prices monthly or annual?
Mail Basic costs $36.000 COP per user per year, with minimum three users and advance payment. Mobile, Company and Professional are expressed per user per month. Taxes are confirmed in the proposal.
Are all the functionalities in all the plans?
No. Check the card for each plan. Advanced security, synchronization and collaboration functions depend on the editing, configuration and scope of the contract.
Can I keep my domain?
Yeah. We review access to DNS records and plan their configuration for the mail service. Registration or renewal of the domain is validated separately.
IMAP also synchronizes calendar and contacts?
IMAP synchronizes mail. Calendars and contacts require additional compatible mechanisms, the availability of which is confirmed when contracting.
Do shared files replace a backup?
No. If you need historical retention or recovery from erased, we define a specific backup policy.
