Set up your signature
Add your business details to new messages and replies.

Save and check
Check a test shipment from your cell phone.
CLASSIC INTERFACEPreferences → Signature. Check the signature selection for new messages and responses/references.
MODERN INTERFACESettings → Signs. Define the standard signature and the answering or forwarding.
Open the Signature section in your account preferences or settings.
Create a signature with an approved name, charge, company and contact channels. If you add a logo, use the authorized corporate image.
Choose the default signature for new messages and, when the interface allows, another for answers and forwards.
Save the changes and open a new message to check your application.
Send a test to your own or authorized account and check your appearance, especially from a cell phone.
Keep in mindA webmail signature is not necessarily synchronized with Outlook or with the cellular mail. These applications may require your own signature.
