MODERN INTERFACEUse the filters and advanced search available on the search bar; the options may vary with respect to the classic.
In the mail seeker writes a word of the subject or the content. Check that you're looking at Mail.
To collect results, use filters as a sender, recipient, date or attachment from advanced search.
In the classic interface you can write operators, for example from:ventas@example.com, subject:factura, has:attachment o is:unread. It replaces example data.
Combine criteria when you get too many results. If a message does not appear, check the folder range and also search for Spam and Trash.
Delete the filters at the end to recover the normal view of the inbox.
